Many thanks for your support. Just to let you know I've requested some bug fixes and enhancements including MTC support which was sent to Emagic just before easter. No reply as yet but I'll keep you all informed. Many apologies to Hallvard and anyone else whom has experienced problems with my emails, (I use Groupwise on a PC that has 75 characters line but obviously I need to sort something out). With regards to the e-mail that suggests that MTC would ruin the timing of Notator then yesto an extent this is true. Logic has MTC support and there are discrepancies as the computer is tied up processing a constant flow of midi timing data as well as doing its playback routines. However a lot of multitrack machines such as the new generation of mini-disk and 'afforadable' hard disk recorders now provide sync via MTC so if we have the option then at least we can use Notator with these items if required. I would expect Notator to still be fairly 'tight' even under MTC as the sequencer is basically rock solid under any other condition. On critical timing application if applicable I would sync to SMPTE via Unitor.
