Have you tried inserting absolute tempo events in a spare track for each song? I've never tried autoloading songs before so I don't know if the above will work. I can imagine a glitch happenning if after a song has been loaded and plays as soon as the current one has ended that if no absolute tempo event is evident that the sequencer may just plough on with the current tempo of the song just finishing, if you see what I mean!
