In view of the suggested campaign to contact Emagic, below is a copy of
e-mail correspondence awaiting a response from either Emagic direct or
their UK distributors M/s Sound Technology plc.  I will keep the list
posted if and when I get a reply.

 P.S.  I am aware of the availablilty of a cable available from Systems
Solutions but that is not the Emagic cable I heard about.
