Since Mario's MIDI3 unit was recently completed sales have been brisk.
Even though there have, or are other similar type units available, I think
this is unsurprising as I believe that his very compact unit surpasses
even the original product from C-LAB called "Export".
I have been busy assembling another five units for a current order and a
friend is machining the cases.
As well, I have the C-LAB export unit, but in deference to supporting
Mario's sterling effort, I have put it in the "Museum" as a model to show
people the comparision side by side with his MIDI3.
Also, some people may have wondered what is happening with other products
that Mario is still developing like the SCSI-Ethernet box and the Graphics
card and the Monster ST upgrade. 
Well these are actually still happening, but the pressure to earn a dollar
is just so great and the return on sales for these Atari products is just
sooo small.
The really good news is that we often talk about these things together and
we are agreed in unison that these products (including the electronic
keyboard/mouse switcher) will get made, just taking a lot longer than we
all ever wanted.
Please remember that even though this is a Notator List, you are all
musicians and any ideas you might have for any gadget whatever, music or
otherwise may help us. If you have any comments please post them here if
they are relevant or email to my address in my sig.
Lastly, Mario is currently having casing made for his MIDI merge units.
There are two units. 
1:
2in-2out
2:
3in-2out
Both of these units no not need external power and the two outputs carry 
equally merged signals of the inputs.
This project happened because of my complaint that the Anatek Pocket Merge
by Microcircuits Inc did not merge correctly under certain conditions and
this is due to a design limitation.
In a couple of days, Mario had made the replacement merge unit and I
tested it to be working perfectly in the same environment with Notator and
C-LAB Explorer, editor for the Roland D110.
