Also, there is a CPX module available which "resets" the printer,
whereas you normally would have to remember to switch on the printer
*before* the computer. Very cumbersome if you just decided to print
after using the computer for a while (having to switch it off, reload
your work etc.).
I don't know if this applies to all Hewlett Packard printers, but it
was certainly an issue with the Deskjet 500.
