I am also giving you the benefit that you cleaned all the other contacts, 
Unitor2 key slot as well as the end that connects to the computer, Unitor key 
and 1040 key slot.
Trying another computer (if possible) won't hurt either, though it seems to 
be pointing to the Unitor. But you never know.
