Menu file/Save Midi File. Make sure that your whole song is built into one long pattern before saving as midifie or only the selected pattern will be converted. Even if you have an arrangement you can convert it into one long pattern by copying the whole arrangement into one pattern. The file menu Copy Arr-to-Patt defaults to pattern 11 but you can always change it to any blank pattern you need. Set the right and left locator according to your arrangement bar amount and go. Are you converting for use with a PC or Atari? If PC then there are other things you need to know. Let me know. Write back and let us know what happened.
