You can buy IBM preformatted Double Density, DS -  720 KBdisks that
work......Maxell, Sony, Fuji, 3M, TDK all made them.  I do not recommend
reformatting HD disks to DD - they don't always work after they are formatted
and may not be good for your floppy drive (I tried it on the Atari).

How many do you need?  I could possibly send you some blanks.......
