I have boosted the printer font ratio to 2:1, and the chords are only
about 2 spaces high -- pretty tiny.  If I could get them as tall as the
staff, I'd be a happy camper.

BTW, I'm using a file called chord.fnt (not symbol.fnt) which contains

useful symbols like triangles for major.
