These C-Lab/Emagic hardware items can sometimes be hard to get hold of, so
perhaps someone can fix it for you instead?
Specifically, what kind of problems are you having with it? Does Creator
still work? If not, perhaps it's simply a contact problem as with the
Notator/Creator dongles.
Read what I've written about this in the Notator FAQ, where I basically
explain that the dongle connectors can be cleaned with a (clean!) pencil
eraser.
