As for the chord font, with the printer font set at 2:1 you can get it to print out around the same size as the stave height - which would seem OK for chords. What are you trying to achieve? Maybe you can achieve it with the other fonts? Up to 24pt is available, and you can boost this by setting the printer font to 2:1. If you explain in more detail what you want to print, maybe we can help more?
