Reaching the point where it became evident that lugging around an ST, monitor, removable HD as well as keys and PA, to do the little gigging out I know do (had a house gig for 14 years and now MD at a church) it was also evident that switching platforms & software and going to a laptop was my only real option. Stacy's are hard to find, expensive, the monitors are almost always dying and of course as excellent and stable as Notator/ST is we are only talking MIDI here...no audio, software instruments, plugins etc. > never upgraded past 3.0 notator (originally had 1.6) and have never used > 'logic' but might be time to look into the future instead of the > past....regrettfully > sherman Now using a PB G4 running OSX with Logic on gigs and in the studio. I've had Logic lockup on me on gigs (Notator NEVER did). It's a constant worry but we'll gradually work out the bugs. Got to to move forward! Blessings!
