The above email address only works for those who are already members, and Mr. Lengeling hasn't attempted to post or to join the list as far as I can see. It's worth noting however that anyone can browse through and read our discussions by going here: http://www.notator.org/cgi-bin/notator/archiveindex.cgi The link is found where it says "Browse list archive": http://notator.org/#search So Gerhard Lengeling might very well have followed our discussions, and I suggest everybody show him respect when posting. "What's next?" you asked. Well, I our main objective is still to get Notator released dongle-free, so to make it more stable and error free for us all. I would guess that Mr. Lengeling won't see Notator as a threat to the currently sold Logic, but only he can answer that question. We've been discussing other things in the past as well (getting the Notator code released as freeware, thereby making it possible for different programmers to improve on it and/or the owners themselves improving it etc., but one thing at a time). Since you've initiated contact and I appreciate your respectful and non-intrusive tone I suggest you follow it up, Vic, one step at a time. You could perhaps give mr. Lengeling a little information about us, such as: - the Notator list and website has been going on for 12 years (this month!) - there are almost 200 members on the list, from all over the world (there may be even more Notator users using the website, but haven't joined the list) - several members are using Notator in a professional environment, even today. I have limited Internet access at the moment, but will check in once in a while.
